The Best Bars in Yaletown, Vancouver

The Best Bars in Yaletown, Vancouver

Yaletown, Vancouver is a very happening spot to go out in the city. It’s very little surprise that the best bars in Yaletown are also some of the best bars in Vancouver. Period! Check out my list below for the best bars in Yaletown.

Need some grub to offset the alcohol intake? Check out the 10 Best Restaurants in Yaletown, Vancouver.

Uva Wine & Cocktail Bar

Uva is hands-down one of the best bars in Yaletown, if not Vancouver. I absolutely love the vibe here and it is perfect for any occasion – be it a first date spot, somewhere to bring your parents in town, a group catchup spot, or a pitstop for a nightcap after a show at a nearby theater. The wait staff is extremely kind and the bar snacks are also delicious. I definitely recommend Uva.

Hello Goodbye

Enter Hello Goodbye through a discreet, unmarked door and make your way down the stairs. This unique basement vibe goes from chic lounge to crowded nightclub as the night progresses. The cocktail list is delicious. It’s only open Thursday – Saturday and, given it is an extremely popular Yaletown bar, it gets quite crowded, so plan accordingly. Check on their website for the DJ lineup in advance if you are there for music and dancing.

The Parlour

Come to Parlour for their delicious pizza and then stay for the festive vibe as the night progresses. Each night they have some incredible drink specials. On Thursday you can saber your own bottle of champagne!

Yaletown Brewing Company

Yaletown Brewing is one of the more casual location on this bar list. During the day, I recommend getting a seat outside on their patio with a flight of beer. As with most Yaletown bars, half of the restaurant dims the lights and becomes more club-like later in the night. The pool table is a hot commodity and they serve up plenty more beyond beer.

For those who missed it, we bought an apartment in Milan! After months of going over design and layout updates, we have kicked off demos! I am sad to see our beautiful wood floors go but because of the building’s heating system (partially in the floor) that needs to be replaced and some mold, we said goodbye. 😓 We will be replacing with something hopefully as equally beautiful.

Let’s see if I’m strong enough for all of the keyboard warriors with their opinions LOL. Either way, I’m excited this project is underway!
